I’m Michael Grinstead, the founder and sole provider of Event First Aid (EFA) Services, offering professional first aid cover for small events within Hampshire. With experience in lifesaving initial treatment and the management of minor injuries and illnesses, I ensure that your event has dedicated, reliable first aid support when needed.

Whether you’re organising a fete, sports event, car boot or a private function, I bring a calm, professional, and reassuring presence, ready to handle first aid situations effectively. My goal is to help your event run smoothly while ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees.

My Qualifications & Experience

I have 18 years of experience in emergency response as a firefighter, trained in Immediate Emergency Care (IEC). In addition to my fire service role, I work as an ambulance co-responder, assisting the ambulance service with emergency medical care.

I hold a FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care) qualification and will soon be undertaking FREC 4, further enhancing my medical expertise. As an IEC trainer within the fire service, I also train others in emergency care, ensuring high standards of first aid and pre-hospital care.
